Grilled chicken cutlets

In the summer, during the picnic season, we often cook over an open fire. No matter how you look at it, shashlik periodically gets boring and there is a desire to try something different, interesting.
I suggest making cutlets from minced chicken meat with the addition of cheese and butter. They are very tender and juicy, and cooking them on the grill gives them an amazing aroma.
I advise using a small-mesh grill when frying, because there is a risk of "losing" pieces of meat when heating. If you don't have one, then use two grills until the meat is set.
Serve the cutlets with your favorite sauce and fresh vegetables.

Chicken fillet - 500 g
Butter - 20 g
Cheese - 50 g
Chicken egg (small) - 1 pc.
Smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
Dried garlic - 0.5 tsp.
Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.

1. To prepare chopped chicken cutlets on the grill (on coals), we will need the following set of products.
2. Grind the breast into mince with a KNIFE (not a meat grinder). Add the egg, paprika, garlic, salt and black pepper.
3. Grate the butter and cheese on a fine grater.
4. Mix. If the mass is liquid, then add flour.
5. Put a small portion of mince on the grill with a spoon.
6. Cover with a grill, but do not squeeze.
7. Put on the grill with ready coals. Fry on one side.
8. Turn over and fry the other side. And do this a couple of times, until done. Remember that this is chicken and you should not overcook it.
9. Grilled chicken cutlets (on coals) are ready.
10. Enjoy.
