Cottage cheese cookies with rice flour are a great way to use up cottage cheese and egg yolks that have been sitting in the fridge for a while. Cottage cheese cookies, like any other, do not require any effort, and can be made with small children, instructing them to cut out figures from the dough.
The baked goods are quite soft and moderately sweet.
Ингредиенты
Dough:
Butter - 150 g
Sugar - 150 g
Egg yolk - 1 pc.
Salt - a pinch
Soda - 0.5 tsp
Soft cottage cheese - 250 g
Wheat flour - 200 g
Rice flour - 100 g
Additionally:
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Almond petals - 2 tbsp.
Рецепт
1. Melt the butter, add sugar and salt. Stir. Then add the yolk and stir again.
2. Add both types of flour and soda. Stir. The dough will be quite loose.
3. Add cottage cheese to the dough.
4. Knead the soft and pliable dough.
5. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll each into a layer 5-7 mm thick. Cut out cookies of any shape. Place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Grease with egg, sprinkle with almond petals. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. Be guided by your oven!
6. Curd cookies with rice flour are ready. Place them on a wire rack and cool completely in this form. Enjoy your tea!
