Fresh berry jelly

Both simple and useful. And you can use a variety of berries - cranberries, lingonberries, blueberries, black currants, cherries.

Ингредиенты

Fresh berries (blackcurrant, cranberry, lingonberry, blueberry) - 250 g (to taste)

Sugar - 1 cup (to taste)

Potato starch - 3 tbsp. spoons

Citric acid - 1 teaspoon (to taste)

Water - 7 glasses

1. Sort the berries and rinse well. Boil the kettle.

Squeeze out the juice.

2. Drain it into a non-oxidizing container, cover with a lid and refrigerate.

3. Place the remaining mixture in a saucepan.

4. Fill everything with hot water.

5. Boil for 4-6 minutes.

6. Then strain through a fine sieve.

7. If the jelly is prepared from not quite ripe berries, then in order to preserve the color of the jelly, citric acid can be added to the berry juice after straining.

8. Pour granulated sugar into the prepared broth, heat it again to a boil and remove the foam from the surface.

9. Pour starch into a separate bowl, dilute with cold water and strain.

10. Then pour it into the hot berry syrup, stirring continuously and not allowing it to boil.

11. Add squeezed and cooled juice.

12. Fresh berry jelly is ready.
