The salad is served in portions and each portion is sprinkled with hard cheese before serving. You can dress the salad with either sour cream or mayonnaise, or you can make a 50/50 dressing.

Chinese cabbage - 200 g
Pickled cucumbers - 250 g
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Hard cheese - 70 g
