For a long time I was planning to cook lagman and finally decided to make it.

There are a few shortcomings that I will take into account next time. But overall it turned out very tasty and nutritious. Everyone knows that lagman is vegetables with meat and boiled noodles, and, of course, spices. It’s good that nowadays a ready-made set of spices for lagman is sold. That's what I used.

Since my recipe is adapted for cooking over a fire, in natural conditions, so to speak, I did not cook the noodles separately, but cooked them in a rich broth directly in the cauldron. The only thing is that I made a mistake with the amount of water; in the end there was no liquid at all, but this fact is acceptable for varieties of lagman.

You can cook the noodles yourself; I used ready-made ones, special for lagman. To cook pork lagman in a cauldron over a fire, take a set of products according to the list.

Ингредиенты

Pork (pulp) - 300 g

Eggplant - 1 pc.

Pepper - 1 pc.

Onions - 1 pc.

Tomato - 2 pcs.

Garlic - 3 cloves

Potatoes - 2 pcs.

Noodles for lagman - 100 g

Seasoning for lagman - 1 packet

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

Water - 500 ml

Greens - to taste

1. Cut the meat into small cubes.

2. Put the cauldron on fire. Heat the oil. Brown the pork on all sides. If the meat is not soft, you can simmer it in a small amount of water.

3. Chop the vegetables into small pieces.

4. Add onion and garlic to the cauldron and fry a little. And add the rest of the vegetables.

5. After a couple of minutes of simmering, add a little water. Cover with a lid and simmer until the potatoes are almost done.

6. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.

7. Add them to the cauldron along with spices and salt.

8. Pour water so that it covers the meat and vegetables.

9. Add noodles.

10. Stir and simmer the pork lagman over a fire in a cauldron under a lid until the noodles are ready.

11. Lagman is ready. Add more greens at the end.
