I have already mentioned more than once that my family really loves meatballs.

I try to prepare a large portion at once so that there is enough not only for dinner, but also for my daughter in the morning. Meatballs can be considered an independent dish, but if they are served with a vegetable salad, it will be much tastier. Ингредиенты

Minced meat - 500 g

Rice - 100 g

Egg - 1 pc.

Onions - 1 pc.

Sour cream - 100 g

Ketchup - 2-3 tbsp. l.

Soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp. l.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Khmeli-suneli - to taste

Vegetable oil - 50 ml

Рецепт

1. Place minced meat (I have pork + beef) in a deep bowl, add salt, pepper and suneli hops. Basically, you can use any seasoning that you like best. Mix the minced meat thoroughly.

2. Then add cooled rice and egg to the meat.

3. Mix the minced meat well again until it becomes homogeneous.

4. Form meatballs with wet hands and place them on a cutting board.

5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs a little on all sides. Dice the onion and add it to the fried meatballs, cook for 2-3 minutes.

6. Then mix sour cream, tomato ketchup and soy sauce. Instead of ketchup, you can use tomato paste or thick tomato juice.

7. Pour the resulting sauce into the frying pan, making sure that it covers all the meatballs.

8. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. If you want the sauce to be thinner, you can add a little water to the pan.

9. Place the meatballs along with the sauce on plates and serve. You can sprinkle with herbs.

10. Bon appetit!
