In this case, the fish turns out not fried, but as if stewed. Very soft, tender and aromatic, will appeal to all fish lovers. The instant cooking is captivating, except for preparing the coals in the grill, but this process will not leave anyone indifferent. The time and amount of marinade depends on the volume of fish.

Fresh flounder - 250 g
Balsamic sauce - 2 tbsp.
Lemon juice - 0.5 tsp.
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Provençal herbs - to taste

1. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and Provençal herbs to the balsamic sauce. At the end - a spoonful of butter. Mix.
2. Coat the fish generously on both sides.
3. And you can immediately wrap it in foil.
4. Light birch wood or coal in the grill.
5. When the coals become even and do not burn strongly, place the flounder in foil on the grill grate. After 3-4 minutes, carefully turn over.
6. After another 3-4 minutes, turn it back over and open the foil. Hold it for another minute so that the fish “pick up” the smoky aroma.
7. The flounder is ready.
