Zucchini on skewers on the grill

It's time to make this vegetable in the form of a kebab. We also liked this option, and it looks quite nice. A great addition to meat kebabs.

This time I wanted to add ketchup to the marinade - it turned out great! Be sure to take a young zucchini, it is more tender and without seeds, this kind can be fried with the peel.

Ингредиенты

Young zucchini - 1 pc.

Mayonnaise or sour cream - 2 tbsp.

Mustard - 0.5 tsp.

Ketchup - 1 tbsp.

Garlic - 1 clove

1. If you don’t like mayonnaise, then use sour cream.

2. Cut the zucchini into thick circles and divide each circle into 4 parts.

3. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and chopped garlic, pepper and add a little salt if desired.

4. If you use sour cream, you need to add more salt. Mix.

5. Combine zucchini with marinade. I do this in a bag - this way my hands and dishes remain clean and each piece is thoroughly coated.

6. Leave the zucchini to marinate for 30 minutes.

7. Light coals in the grill.

8. Thread the zucchini onto skewers. Be sure to go through the peel, so it will stick better.
