This kebab really resembles sunflower seeds, as a little meat is fried on a small rib.

When you taste kebab, your hand is already reaching for another piece. And it's so hard to stop! In addition, lamb ribs kebab is fried for no more than 10-15 minutes on the grill - it cooks very quickly.

The marinade for the “seeds” can be used according to your taste. I added mayonnaise because the ribs weren't as oily. If they are fatty, with a greasy layer, then it is better to prepare a marinade with vinegar or lemon juice.

Small lamb ribs - 1.2 kg

Onion (medium) - 1 pc.

Mayonnaise of any fat content - 3 tbsp.

Salt - 0.5 tsp.

Ground black pepper - 0.25 tsp.

1. Strip the meat from films and veins, cut so that there is a rib on each piece.

2. Place the ribs in a deep container: a bowl or salad bowl.

3. Peel the onion and rinse in water, cut into rings. The rings should not be thin so that they do not break during cooking. Add them to the meat.

4. Add mayonnaise of any fat content, add salt and ground black pepper. You can add other seasonings, spices, and ground spices. Mix the contents of the container thoroughly and leave to marinate for 2 hours at room temperature. You can also place the container in the refrigerator for a longer time.

5. Light the coals in the barbecue or grill. Place the ribs on skewers, alternating them with onion rings.

6. Fry the kebab for about 10-15 minutes. Turn it several times to ensure it cooks evenly.

7. Serve lamb seeds shish kebab hot with any sauce, green onions or garlic, wild garlic, etc.
