Argentine Milanesa is a schnitzel made from chicken or beef.
The dish is very similar to our chop, the only difference is that the meat is not beaten, and the batter is prepared with aromatic herbs and garlic.
Ингредиенты
Chicken fillet - 400 g
Chicken egg 1 cat. - 2 pcs.
Mixture of aromatic herbs - 1 tsp.
Garlic - 1-2 cloves
Sea salt - 0.5 tsp.
Pepper, h.m. - taste
Flour - 4 tbsp.
Breadcrumbs - 5-6 tbsp.
Vegetable oil - for frying

1. To prepare Argentine Milanesa we will need: chicken fillet, egg, salt, pepper, garlic, flour, breadcrumbs and vegetable oil (for frying). Cut the fillet into thin pieces. 400g fillet makes 6 schnitzels.
2. Beat eggs, add salt, black pepper, a mixture of aromatic herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano), squeeze out 1-2 cloves of garlic.
3. Beat well.
4. Dredge chicken fillet in flour, then dip in batter.
5. And breaded in breadcrumbs. I make the crackers myself from gray bread with bran.
6. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
7. Place the finished schnitzels on a paper napkin to absorb excess oil.
8. Serve Argentine Milanesa with salad, mashed potatoes, or make a sandwich with your favorite sauce, tomato and egg, like mine. The schnitzel turns out very aromatic and tasty.
