PP curd muffins in silicone molds

I suggest making some very tasty PP cupcakes.
We will prepare the dough from oatmeal - this flour is a gluten-free product, so the recipe will be useful for allergy sufferers and people who are gluten intolerant.
I suggest using maltose molasses as a sweetener (I use rye). This sweetener is used as a sweetener for diabetics. But even for healthy tasters, sugar will not be beneficial at all. Molasses can be replaced in the same amount with natural honey. Let's add cottage cheese, crushed nuts and raisins to the oatmeal dough - and we have delicious PP cupcakes.

Oat flour - 100 g
Cottage cheese - 140 g
Egg (s1) - 2 pcs.
Milk - 80 ml
Maltose molasses (rye) - 2-3 tsp.
Peeled walnuts - 20 g
Raisins - 30 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp.

1. Rinse the raisins in running water and add hot water for 15 minutes.
2. Pour milk into a bowl, beat in eggs, add molasses.
3. Whisk the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
4. Add cottage cheese. Mix the ingredients with a whisk.
5. You should get a liquid, homogeneous cream-colored mixture.
6. Sift oatmeal into this mixture and add baking powder.
7. Grind the walnuts in a mortar to the desired degree of grinding.
8. Add chopped nuts and raisins to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
9. Mix everything with a spoon until you obtain a viscous, homogeneous dough.
10. Which we will place in silicone molds, filling 2/3 of the volume. We will bake PP curd muffins in silicone molds for 25 minutes in an oven already preheated to 180 degrees.
11. Cool the finished cupcakes a little. They don't taste very sweet, you can feel the oatmeal a little in the taste.
