Carefully inspect the meat from all sides when purchasing and ask sellers to cut out the veins.

For the batter you will need chicken eggs, flour and spices, and you are free to add both turmeric and ground paprika to enhance the color and taste of the fried crust on the chops. Since the dish is made from beef, you can add a little chopped dried thyme or rosemary to the batter. Before breading broken meat slices in batter, first lightly dry them with a paper napkin, blotting off the blood, otherwise the batter will come off when frying.

2. Beat each of them with a culinary hammer on both sides. I use a plastic bag, placing pieces of meat in it, so that when beating, pieces of meat do not splash around.

3. When the beef is beaten, beat chicken eggs into a deep container, add salt, ground black pepper and turmeric, and other spices as desired. Whisk gently.

4. Add wheat flour and beat again.

5. Dry the beaten pieces with a paper napkin and dip them into the batter, dipping them on both sides.

6. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil on the stove, turning on maximum heat. Place the pieces in the oil and reduce the heat to medium. Fry the chops for about 1-2 minutes on each side.

7. Place the finished dish on a plate lined with a paper towel, removing excess fat. Then transfer to another plate and serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
