A very quick, simple and at the same time excellent recipe for Turkish delight, which produces a delicious oriental sweet. Try making homemade Turkish delight with cinnamon!
Ингредиенты
Sugar - 1 glass
Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
Gelatin - 25 g
Corn starch - 1 cup
Water - 1.5 cups
Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.

1. Prepare ingredients for homemade Turkish delight with cinnamon.
2. Combine all dry ingredients in a saucepan: sugar, starch, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and gelatin. Mix well.
3. Add water to dry ingredients.
4. Place the saucepan on the fire. Boil over medium heat, stirring continuously, until thickened.
5. When the mass thickens noticeably and begins to lag behind the walls of the saucepan, add citric acid and simmer for another 5 minutes over low heat. The main thing is to make sure that the mass does not start to burn to the bottom of the saucepan.
6. Remove the thickened Turkish delight from the heat and cool to room temperature. Pour the Turkish delight with cinnamon into a suitable mold, which needs to be covered with cling film. Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
7. Cut the frozen Turkish delight into cubes.
