Ингредиенты

Cream cheese - 120 g

Sour cream - 3 tbsp. spoons

Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons

Cucumber - 1 pc.

Garlic - 1-2 cloves (to taste)

Fresh dill - 1 sprig

Salt - 1 pinch (to taste)

Ground black pepper - 1 pinch (to taste)

1. Prepare the ingredients. Both creamy cheese, such as Philadelphia, and brine cheese, such as feta, are suitable.

2. Wash the cucumber, dry it, grate it on a coarse grater. Grate the peeled garlic on a fine grater or crush it with a garlic press. Wash the dill, dry and finely chop.

4. In a deep bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, dill and cucumber. Stir.

5. Taste the sauce and add salt and ground black pepper (you can use a mixture of peppers). Stir.

6. Cucumber-garlic cream cheese sauce is ready. Place it in a storage jar or gravy boat for serving.
