A classic recipe for making traditional oriental sweets Chak-chak with honey at home.
Today we will prepare with you another version of the oriental sweets Chak-chak. In taste and consistency, this dessert is very reminiscent of the well-known brushwood. To soak the chak-chak, I will use honey syrup, which gives the dessert a special taste and aroma. The dough for chak-chak can be prepared in any way you like: with sour cream, only with flour and eggs, etc.
Ингредиенты
Flour - 300 g
Eggs - 1 pc.
Milk - 1/4 cup.
Sugar - 1 tsp.
Salt - 1/4 tsp.
Oil - 15 g
Oil for frying - 1 cup
Syrup:
Honey - 150 g
Sugar - 100 g
Рецепт
1. From the ingredients for the dough (see the ingredients section), knead a soft, manageable dough that does not stick to your hands. Cover it with film and leave to rest for half an hour.
2. Next, I divide the dough into many small pieces.
3. I roll these pieces into sausages with my hands and into small pieces.
4. Fry the resulting pieces of dough in a frying pan with hot vegetable oil until light golden brown, in parts.
5. Place the finished balls on a napkin to remove excess fat.
6. For the syrup, melt the honey and sugar over low heat, stirring until smooth.
7. Pour hot honey syrup over chak-chak and stir.
8. Place our dessert on a plate in the form of a slide, sprinkle with nuts if desired.
9. After hardening, the chak-chak with honey is ready, you can cut it into portions with a knife or serve it whole. I recommend doubling everything right away, since this portion is small for such a tasty dish. By the way, chak-chak can be stored for quite a long time at room temperature (up to several weeks) in a closed container.
10. Bon appetit!
