“Tasty ears” dumplings are good to make with the whole family.
It's faster, more fun, and results in a great family dinner. If the portion for your family is large, I recommend freezing the dumplings “for later” :) They will always come in handy.
Ингредиенты
For the test:
Flour - 3 cups
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Water - 0.5 cups
Salt - 0.5 tsp.
For filling:
Beef - 400 g
Pork - 400 g
Onion 1 pc.
Milk - 0.25-0.5 cups
Ground black pepper - 0.25 tsp.
Salt - 0.5 tsp.

1. Knead the dough for dumplings. Cover with a towel and let stand for 20-30 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, make minced meat. To do this, wash and dry the meat. Cut into pieces. Peel and wash the onion. Cut into quarters. Pass the meat and onions through a meat grinder. Pour milk into the minced meat, add salt and pepper and mix well.
3. Divide the dough into 4-6 parts. Roll out one part thinly with a rolling pin, adding flour as needed.
4. Using a glass, cut out circles. Place one teaspoon of filling on each circle.
5. Carefully pinch the edges to form a crescent. Connect the ends of the crescent and sizzle. The raw dumpling is ready. Make all the dumplings like this.
6. Pour 3 liters of water into the pan. (Dumplings are boiled in a large amount of water.) Boil water and add salt. Throw in a portion of dumplings. After surfacing, cook the dumplings for 3-5 minutes. The “ear” dumplings are ready.
7. Serve dumplings with butter, sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, favorite sauce, pepper. It is also good to sprinkle the dumplings with fresh herbs.
