Pasta with chicken and vegetables in teriyaki sauce

A very tasty, aromatic second course in Asian style.

A wonderful combination of pasta with fried vegetables and chicken in a spicy teriyaki sauce. Chicken fillet makes the dish more filling, fresh herbs and sesame seeds complete it.

Ингредиенты

Chicken fillet - 300 g

Pasta (spaghetti) - 200 g

Eggplant - 250 g (1 pc.)

Tomato - 170 g (1 pc.)

Bell pepper - 100 g (1 pc.)

Carrots - 100 g (1 pc.)

Onions - 140 g (1 pc.)

Garlic - 1 clove

Teriyaki sauce - 70 ml

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons

Sesame - 2 teaspoons

Fresh herbs (I used parsley) - 1 bunch

Ground pepper (mixture of peppers) - to taste

Salt - to taste

1. Wash the chicken fillet and dry it with paper towels. Cut the fillet into strips.

2. Place the chicken in a bowl, pour in 20 ml of teriyaki sauce, stir. Let the fillet marinate for a while.

3. Peel the onion and cut into thin feathers.

5. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onions and carrots for 4-5 minutes until golden.

6. Add chicken fillet to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken changes color, about 5-7 minutes.

Then pour in 20 ml of teriyaki sauce.

7. Peel the eggplants and cut into short cubes (first cut into circles of medium thickness, then cut into cubes).

8. Peel the pepper from seeds and cut into strips.

9. We also cut the tomato into strips.

10. Chop the parsley (add some greens for serving).

11. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Add all the chopped vegetables and herbs to the pan. Salt and pepper to taste.

12. Cook everything over high heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.

13. Meanwhile, boil water in a saucepan and cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Place the boiled spaghetti in a colander and let the water drain.

14. Pour the remaining teriyaki sauce into the vegetables, reduce the heat and simmer under the lid for about 10 minutes.

15. Add spaghetti to the pan, stir and heat everything together for about 2 more minutes.

16. Serve the spaghetti to the table, sprinkled with the remaining herbs and sesame seeds.
