There are a great variety of potato dishes. It is boiled, fried, stewed, baked, mashed, dumplings, pancakes, and brushwood are made from it.
I especially liked the recipe for deep-fried potato crumpets. The flatbreads puff up and look like crumpets. Very tasty with milk!
To prepare potato donuts, you need to take potatoes, raw chicken yolks, 20% fat cream, chopped parsley, wheat flour, refined sunflower oil and salt.
Ингредиенты
Potatoes – 500 g
Raw chicken yolks – 2 pcs.
Cream 20% fat – 2 tbsp.
Chopped parsley (greens) – 1.5 tbsp.
Wheat flour – 1.5 tbsp.
Refined sunflower oil (for deep frying) – 3–4 cups
Salt - to taste
Рецепт
1. Peel the potatoes, pour in salted boiling water so that it only lightly covers the tubers, and boil until soft.
2. Combine yolks and cream.
3. Lightly beat the mixture until smooth.
4. Wash the parsley in running water, dry and chop finely.
5. Rub the potatoes through a sieve.
6. Cool the puree to 40°C and add yolks with cream, flour, herbs and salt.
7. Mix the mass well.
8. Form round cakes.
9. Heat sunflower oil in a deep saucepan, fry the flatbreads in it until browned and place them on paper towels to remove excess fat.
10. Serve the potato dumplings hot with ketchup, sour cream or milk.
