Oven-baked potatoes with chicken and mushrooms can probably be called one of the most popular dishes, which is ideal not only for everyday life, but also for the holiday table.
Traditionally, champignons are used for this dish, but people who are well versed in mushrooms can easily replace them with forest mushrooms.
Ингредиенты
Chicken legs - 2 pcs.
Potatoes - 600 g
Mushrooms (champignons) - 200 g
Sour cream - 4 tbsp.
Ketchup - 1 tbsp.
Seasoning for chicken - to taste
Seasoning for potatoes - to taste
Salt, pepper - to taste
Garlic - 3-4 cloves

1. Cut chicken legs into 3 pieces each. You can buy legs or thighs separately, whichever you prefer.
2. Mix sour cream and tomato ketchup in a bowl. You can also use tomato paste. Add pepper and salt to taste.
3. Place chicken pieces into the resulting sauce, mix well and add chopped garlic.
4. Wash the champignons and cut into large pieces. I cut the medium ones in half, and the large ones into 4 parts.
5. Add chopped mushrooms to the chicken and mix again. Leave everything to marinate for 40-50 minutes.
6. During this time, peel and cut the potatoes.
7. After the time has passed, add a little of the sauce in which the chicken and mushrooms were marinated to the potatoes, mix well. Also add spices for potatoes. Place potatoes in a baking dish.
8. Place chicken and mushrooms on top of the potatoes, pour over the remaining sauce.
9. Bake potatoes with chicken and mushrooms in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour.
10. When serving, sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley. Delicious!
