There are many diets based on kefir and beets. I am not a supporter of diets at all, but I believe that such a drink can successfully be included in a healthy diet. This smoothie is perfect for a snack or late dinner. You can take a drink with you and have a snack on the road.

Ингредиенты

Boiled beets – 70-90 g

Beetroot juice – 2 tbsp.

Low-fat kefir – 100 ml

Green onions - to taste

Salt, pepper - to taste

1. Cut the boiled and peeled beets into small cubes.

2. Using an immersion blender, blend together with beet juice until smooth.

3. Add finely chopped green onions, as well as spices to taste. We use the blender again.

4. At the end, pour in kefir.

5. Beat until smooth and beautiful bubbles appear.

6. Smoothie made from beets and kefir is ready! Serve cold. Bon appetit!
