Amur dumplings in pots

Recently, during an online conversation in my live journal, I learned a very interesting recipe - Amur dumplings or Amur dumplings, Amur.
I was very much advised to cook them, I was very impressed, although I was surprised by the composition of the dish...
The dumplings are baked in a rich liver gravy! My husband (very conservative when it comes to cooking) really liked the Amur dumplings and he, so to speak, added them to our menu permanently. The only pity is that none of the three children eat liver...
The liver can be different, chicken is closer to my taste and ease of preparation, but if you like beef or pork, then take them. In some sources, dumplings are pre-boiled before placing them in pots, in others they write that dumplings are added raw. I prefer the option in which the dumplings are sent to the pots raw, because I often bake dumplings with all sorts of fillings and sauces.
Ингредиенты
Dumplings - 30 pcs.
Liver - 500 g
Onion - 1 head
Carrots - 1 pc.
Sour cream - 3-4 tbsp.
Ketchup - 2-3 tbsp.
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Water or broth - 1-1.5 cups
Salt - to taste
Рецепт
1. Chop onions and carrots, for example, into strips and fry in vegetable oil. Lightly salt.
2. Add the liver pieces and simmer all together for about five minutes while stirring.
3. Then add ketchup or tomato sauce and sour cream, stir.
4. Pour in hot water or broth and simmer until the liver is ready. Add salt to taste.
5. Pour the liver gravy into the bottom of the pots.
6. Next, add ten dumplings to each pot.
7. Add liver gravy on top again. Cover the pots with lids or dough. Bake in the oven or microwave until done. Approximate cooking time for different options: in the microwave - with raw dumplings for about ten minutes, with boiled ones - 3-4 minutes at MAX, in the oven - with raw ones - about 30 minutes, with boiled ones - 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
