Sweet white bread croutons

Sweet croutons made from white bread are ideal for breakfast, they are good with tea, coffee, compote, milk...
With the addition of cinnamon, they are similar to the French toast recipe. Add sugar and choose to taste: regular, vanilla or brown. Serve additional berries or fruits.

Ингредиенты
White bread - 1/2 loaf or loaf
Eggs - 2 pcs
Sugar - 2-4 tsp. (taste)
Milk - 100 ml
Ground cinnamon - optional
Butter or vegetable oil - for frying
Рецепт
1. Cut the loaf or white bread into slices. Mix the eggs with demerara (or sugar) and cinnamon.
2. Pour in a portion of milk and stir.
3. Dip slices of white bread or loaf into the sweet egg-milk mixture.
4. Then fry them on both sides in a frying pan in butter or vegetable oil.
5. Ruddy, aromatic sweet croutons are ready. Enjoy your breakfast!
