I suggest making brown bread croutons, which will be a wonderful snack for morning tea or coffee. Of course, croutons are not the healthiest food, but sometimes you want to forget about all the prohibitions and enjoy them to the fullest.
Freshly made garlic croutons are crispy, but I like them better when they sit for a while and become softer. How best to use them is up to you.
To prepare delicious croutons we need rye bread, eggs, parsley, garlic, ground black pepper and mayonnaise.
