Rich and satisfying soup with the spicy taste of smoked sausages.
To add variety to your lunch menu, I suggest preparing a rich soup with green beans and sausages. The soup turns out hearty and very tasty. Smoked hunting sausages are very suitable for this soup. Before pouring the soup into bowls, let it sit for 10 minutes.
To prepare the soup, prepare the necessary ingredients from the list.

Smoked sausages - 100 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Green beans - 100 g
Potatoes - 5 pcs.
Bay leaf - 1 pc.
Water - 2 l
Oregano - 0.5 tsp.
Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp.
Parsley - for serving

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Pour water over the potatoes and put the pan on the fire. Add bay leaf to potatoes and cook until potatoes are done.
2. Cut the sausages into slices 5-7 mm thick, fry them in a dry frying pan and add to the pan with the potatoes.
3. Cut the onion into cubes. Grate the carrots.
4. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, fry the onions and carrots a little and add tomato sauce, stir.
5. 5 minutes before the potatoes are ready, add green beans to the soup, without defrosting, and fried vegetables. Add salt and pepper to the soup. You can sprinkle oregano on top. Once the potatoes are ready, remove the soup from the heat and let it sit for 10 minutes.
6. Soup with green beans and sausages is ready. Pour it into plates, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
