1. Cut the meat into thin pieces.
2. Chop the vegetables coarsely.
3. Light the fire. This can be done both in the oven and on the grill, or even on bricks. Wait until it stops smoking heavily and put the saj on the fire. Be sure to maintain heat throughout cooking. Pour in some oil and heat thoroughly.
4. Place the meat and fry for 10 minutes, stirring.
5. Add onion, fry, stirring, for another 5 minutes.
6. Then it’s the turn of pepper. If necessary, add more oil.
7. After 5-7 minutes, add beans.
8. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Add soy sauce, a little salt and pepper. And also your favorite spices. I added chili flakes and basil. Add the tomatoes last. 5-7 minutes and the dish is ready. Vegetables should be slightly al dente. You can add herbs if desired.
