Salad with egg pancakes and ham

Egg pancakes are an interesting salad topper and replace regular eggs.
Moreover, in this form, eggs make guests guess about the composition of the salad and give it some mystery. Prepare the necessary products.

Ham – 200 g
Canned corn – 1 can
Tomatoes – 2 pcs.

1. Salt the eggs, add starch and beat with a fork.
2. Fry 3-4 pancakes. To do this, pour the egg mixture into a frying pan with a ladle. It is advisable not to lubricate the pan with oil.
3. Fry the pancakes on both sides. Leave to cool.
4. Cut the ham into strips.
5. Peel the skin of the tomato. You can throw it away, or you can use it as decoration.
6. For example, roll it in the shape of a rose and secure it with a toothpick.
7. Cut the tomatoes into strips.
8. Cut the egg pancakes into strips.
9. Mix ham, pancakes, tomatoes and large half a can of corn. Salt the salad. Season with mayonnaise and mix.
10. You can decorate the salad with egg pancakes, for example, with corn, chopped herbs and roses. Or decorate to your liking.
