Watermelon radish - 300 g

Carrots - 1 pc.

Green onions - a few feathers

Seasoning for Korean carrots - 1 tbsp.

Granulated garlic - 0.5 tsp.

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

White wine vinegar - 2 tbsp.

Salt - to taste

Pepper, h.m. - taste

Sugar - 1.5 tsp.

Рецепт

1. Chop carrots and radishes on a special grater and place in a deep, convenient bowl.

2. Add a generous pinch of salt, sugar, garlic and Korean carrot seasoning. Pepper it a little.

3. Crush the vegetables with your hands so that they release their juice and marinate faster.

4. Pour in vinegar and vegetable oil. You can add a little sesame for flavor if you have it.

5. Lastly, add finely chopped green onions, stir and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours. Stir the radishes from time to time so that everything marinates evenly. After a while, taste for salt; you can add more salt if desired.

6. Drain the marinade and serve the pickled radish as a cold appetizer.

7. Korean pickled radish is ready, enjoy.
