We prepare delicious pancakes with meat and rice. The pancakes are filled with beef, rice, and eggs. It turns out very tasty and satisfying.

Homemade pancakes stuffed with meat and rice are a versatile dish that will be equally good for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The filling for them is best made from lean beef, adding: an egg, sauteed onion, and boiled rice with a lot of butter.

Ингредиенты

For filling:

Beef - 600 g

Rice - 0.5 cups

Egg - 3 pcs.

Onions - 1 pc.

Butter - 100 g

Bay leaf - 2 pcs.

Black allspice - 3 pcs.

Salt - 1 tsp.

Ground black pepper - to taste

For pancakes:

Milk - 1 l

Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.

Sugar - 3-4 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.

Baking powder - 2 tsp.

Flour - 300 g

Salt - a pinch

1. Wash the beef pulp and put it in a saucepan, add water and put on fire. Bring to a boil, skim off the foam and cook for 10 minutes.

2. Next, add bay leaf and black allspice to the meat, reduce heat, cover with a lid and leave to simmer on the stove for 30-40 minutes.

3. Grind the boiled beef in a blender or pass through a meat grinder.

4. Boil hard-boiled eggs and chop finely.

5. Boil the rice until cooked, adding a 100 gram piece of butter to make the filling more juicy.

6. Fry the onion with a small amount of vegetable oil until translucent.

7. Place all the previously prepared ingredients in a deep dish, add a teaspoon of salt and add ground black pepper to taste, mix well.

8. Next, place 2 tablespoons of filling on the pancake.

9. Wrap each pancake in an envelope.

10. From these ingredients I got a large pan of pancakes with meat and rice, now you can invite guests to the table or treat your beloved family with this tasty and satisfying dish.

11. Before serving, pancakes stuffed with beef and rice are fried in a frying pan with vegetable oil until crispy.
