Cheesecake (or cheesecake) is a dessert that has gained popularity in many countries due to its unique taste and texture. This dessert has ancient roots and has come a long way before it acquired its modern appearance.

Ингредиенты

Shortbread cookies – 400 g

Butter – 150 g

Cocoa powder - 20 g

Curd cheese – 600 g

Cream 30% – 220 ml

Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.

Sugar - 150 g

Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon

For caramel:

Roasted peanuts – 250 g

Sugar - 150 g

Cream - 100 ml

Butter - 70 g

Salt - 0.5 teaspoon

Рецепт

1. Grind the cookies with a blender until crumbly. Add cocoa, melted butter, mix well.

2. Place in a baking dish (24 cm in diameter) lined with parchment paper. We form the bottom and sides. Place in the refrigerator while we prepare the filling.

3. Add eggs, cream, sugar, vanilla extract to the curd cheese. Mix everything well with a mixer until smooth.

4. Place the prepared filling on the cheesecake base in the mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 130°C for 1.5 hours. We do not set the temperature higher so that the cheesecake does not crack.

Cool the cheesecake directly in the oven. Then put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

5. In a thick-bottomed saucepan over low heat, melt the sugar without stirring.

6. Add butter at room temperature and mix everything quickly

7. Add hot cream, salt, stir and remove from heat.

8. Punch through the creamy caramel with a blender.

9. Pour roasted peanuts into the caramel, mix and let cool.

10. Place caramel peanuts on top of the cheesecake and distribute evenly.

11. Brew delicious tea.
