Baked pork chops in soy-garlic marinade

The secret of the dish is in the marinade, which perfectly combines the sweetness of sugar, the saltiness of soy sauce and the aroma of garlic. The chops are prepared very easily and with minimal input from you.

Ингредиенты

Pork (loin) - 700 g

Garlic - 3 cloves

Soy sauce - 80 ml

Vegetable oil - 15 ml (1 tbsp)

Sugar - 50 g (2 heaped tablespoons)

Salt - 1 teaspoon (to taste)

1. Rinse the pork, dry it and cut into layers 2-2.5 cm thick. Lightly beat each piece of meat (I have 4 pieces) with a kitchen hammer.

2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, vegetable oil, peeled and chopped garlic and salt (take into account the saltiness of the soy sauce). Mix everything until the sugar dissolves.

3. Place the meat in a baking dish and pour in the marinade (reserving 2 tablespoons). Let the chops sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

4. After a while, place the pan with the chops in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes (light juice should be released from the finished meat). During this time, brush the chops on top a couple of times with the remaining marinade.
