Pork with pasta in a gentle sauce

Pork in tomato and sour cream sauce turns out soft and tender, and paprika gives this dish a special piquancy.
Ингредиенты
Shaped pasta ("spirals") - 250 g
Pork tenderloin - 500 g
Canned tomatoes, in tomato juice, peeled - 500 g
Onion, small - 1 pc. (80 g)
Sour cream - 1/2 cup (125 g)
Butter - 1 tbsp. l. (15-20 g)
Vegetable oil (olive) - 2 tbsp. l.
Sweet paprika - 2 tbsp. l.
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Water - 1/4 cup (60 g)
Parsley (for decoration) - to taste

1. Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package, drain in a colander and transfer back to the pan, into which add butter before adding. Cover pasta and keep warm.
2. Cut the meat into strips and mix in a deep bowl with 1 tbsp. l. paprika, salt and pepper.
3. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Fry the meat, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned (about 5 minutes). Transfer to a plate.
4. Chop the onion. In the same frying pan where the meat was fried, pour 1 tbsp. l. oil, add onion and fry, stirring, 4-5 minutes.
5. Add fried meat, remaining paprika, tomatoes with juice and water. Boil. Cook, stirring and breaking up the tomatoes with a spoon, for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
6. Remove from heat, add sour cream, salt and pepper.
7. Serve pasta with meat, garnishing the dish with parsley.
