Just 4 ingredients, 15 minutes of time, and you get a porous cake made of corn sticks with nuts and condensed milk. Of course, you will have to wait a little for the product to harden and become a real cake. Therefore, I advise you to make the recipe in the evening, so that by the morning coffee your dessert is already on the table.

Corn sticks – 125 g
Condensed milk – 2/3 cup
Soft butter – 90 g
Nuts – 50 g

1. Finely chop the nuts, I used almonds and cashews. You can grind them in a blender until they are coarse crumbs.
2. Combine the soft butter with the condensed milk.
3. Mix thoroughly with a whisk until the cream is smooth.
4. Place the sticks in a convenient deep bowl. Pour the cream over them, add the nuts.
5. Mix the mixture thoroughly with a spatula so that the cream covers each stick and the nuts are distributed evenly.
6. Transfer the resulting mixture to a container covered with a clean bag or cling film. Try to make sure that the sticks fill all the empty spaces. Close the container with a lid and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
7. Remove the finished cake from the container onto a serving dish, decorate with nut crumbs and chocolate if desired.
