An excellent recipe for fluffy cheesecakes with banana, fried in a frying pan.
I present to your attention wonderful coconut cheesecakes with banana, which my family has really loved. These cheesecakes are incredibly tender, as they do not contain a drop of flour. Flour is used only for breading. A banana circle is placed in the middle of each cheesecake, and when ready, it seems that these cheesecakes are with cream. I highly recommend making these delicious cheesecakes!
To make cheesecakes, you should prepare all the products according to the list. The cottage cheese should definitely be soft and dry.

Banana - 1 pc.
Cottage cheese - 280 g
Coconut flakes - 40 g
Sugar - 3 tbsp.
Salt - a pinch
Vanillin - 1 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Wheat flour - for breading
Sunflower oil - for frying

1. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add sugar, vanilla and salt. Mash the mixture well with a fork.
2. Break an egg into a bowl and combine it with the cottage cheese mixture.
3. Then pour in the coconut flakes, stir and leave the mixture for 20 minutes. Cut the banana into thick circles, at least 1 cm. Put about a tablespoon of the cottage cheese mixture on your palm, put a banana circle on top, pressing it slightly, and cover it with a little cottage cheese mixture, smooth it out with your palms.
4. Immediately dust each formed cheesecake with flour and place it on a board, which should also be sprinkled with flour.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan, put the cheesecakes in and fry until the bottom side is browned.
6. Carefully turn the cheesecakes over and fry on the other side.
7. Place the pancakes on paper towels straight from the pan to absorb excess oil, then serve. You can serve coconut pancakes with banana with jam, honey or sweet sour cream sauce.
