Red fish - 4 steaks

Coarse salt

Sugar - 1 pinch

Ground dried ginger - 1 pinch

Ground black pepper

Olive or sunflower oil

Greens - for serving

1. Clean the red fish from scales and cut into steaks up to 2 cm thick.

2. Place the fish on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Salt the fish well on both sides. Sprinkle with a pinch of sugar, ground black pepper to taste and a pinch of ground ginger. Use your hands to thoroughly beat the spices into the steaks.

3. Drizzle with oil. Leave for 5-10 minutes so that the fish marinates, and in the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

4. Bake the red fish in the oven for 30 minutes.

5. Place the finished steaks on a dish decorated with herbs. Red fish steaks baked with olive oil and ginger are juicy and very tasty!
