Tartlets with any fillings are an appetizer that is always popular at buffets or at a festive table, besides, tartlets always decorate any table. Today I offer you tartlets with creamy curd cheese, lightly salted salmon, olives, fresh cucumbers and quail eggs. These tartlets are quite quick to prepare and can be filled in two ways.
If you use shortbread tartlets, you can fill them immediately, nothing will happen to them. If we take waffle tartlets, they will get soggy quite quickly, so it is better to fill them just before serving.
So, prepare all the necessary ingredients from the list.
Ингредиенты
Sand tartlets - 10-12 pcs.
Lightly salted salmon - 80-100 g
Quail eggs - 5-6 pcs.
Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
Olives - 15 pcs.
Curd cheese - 120 g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Parsley - 4-5 sprigs

1. Cut the salmon into thin slices and then roll them into small roses. Finely chop the remaining pieces. Also chop a piece of cucumber and a few olives.
2. Place curd cheese in a plate, add cucumbers, olives, salmon and chopped parsley, and pepper. Salt to taste, if needed.
3. Mix the filling well.
4. Fill the tartlets with the resulting mass.
5. Cut the remaining cucumber into thin slices. Boil and peel quail eggs. Collect roses from the salmon and place them in the center of the tartlets on top of the filling. Place 2 slices of cucumber, half an egg and an olive around it.
6. Decorate the tartlets with parsley leaves and, if desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve the tartlets on a platter for the holiday table.
