I would like to note that this pork ham dish is in no way inferior in juiciness if you prepare it, for example, from pork neck, there are just some nuances that will allow you to preserve the juiciness of the pork ham.

Mayonnaise - 1.5 tbsp.
Salt - to taste
Ground pepper - to taste
Dried garlic - 1/2 tsp.
Cheese - 20 g

1. Let's collect the necessary ingredients for cooking French-style pork ham in the oven. Cut the pork ham into steaks approximately 1 centimeter thick.
2. Then beat the steaks a little, cover with cling film, rub with salt, pepper and dried garlic.
3. Fry the steaks on both sides until slightly golden brown. No added oil.
4. Then transfer the fried steaks to a baking dish lined with siliconized baking paper, grease with mayonnaise and leave for 10-15 minutes so that the mayonnaise is absorbed a little.
5. Then sprinkle with chopped parsley and place the tomato cut into rings on top, and again grease with a little mayonnaise.
6. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
7. Bake French pork ham meat in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. Focus on the specifics of your oven.
