I offer another recipe for an eggplant appetizer that can be used for preparing a family dinner and for a holiday table. The dish is hearty, tasty and easy to prepare.
We will prepare the ingredients for preparing eggplant shish kebab in batter with cheese according to the list. You can use feta cheese instead of feta cheese.

Eggplant - 1 pc.
Flour - 2 tbsp.
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Feta - 50 g
Garlic - 1 clove
Parsley - 5 g
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Salt - to taste

1. Cut the eggplant into slices. To make our kebabs look beautiful on the holiday table, try to find an eggplant that is long and of the same thickness.
2. Place the eggplant slices into a bowl and sprinkle generously with salt, preferably sea salt. Leave the eggplants for 30 minutes.
3. Mash feta cheese into crumbs.
4. Add finely chopped parsley and a clove of garlic passed through a press to the cheese. Mix all the ingredients well with the cheese component of the dish.
5. Squeeze the eggplants from the liquid that has released. You can rinse them under running water and then dry them with a paper towel to keep the eggplant slices dry.
Place the egg in a bowl and beat lightly with a fork. Pour flour into another bowl. Dip each eggplant slice first in flour and then dip in egg.
6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the eggplants on one side for 1-2 minutes.
7. Turn the eggplants over and fry them for a couple more minutes on the other side.
8. Place the fried eggplants on a paper towel to absorb all the oil.
9. Place a little cheese mixture on the eggplant circle.
10. Cover the cheese filling with another circle of eggplant.
11. You can make several layers and get a large kebab. I was making appetizer skewers, so I made them with three rounds of eggplant and two layers of cheese filling. Pierce the finished kebab with a skewer and place it on a dish.
12. Eggplant skewers in batter with cheese are ready!
