There are several options for serving this snack: you can serve it as a spread on toast, crackers, biscuits, bread or croutons, you can stuff it with tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, halves of eggs, tartlets, or you can form balls and serve on lettuce leaves. The main thing is to prepare the base, and the rest is a matter of your imagination.

Ингредиенты

Cottage cheese (5% or 9%) - 250 g

Garlic - 1-2 medium cloves

Greens (dill, parsley, green onions, cilantro) - to taste
