When you refrain from baking, but really want to, such a small bun won’t hurt at all, especially if it’s for breakfast). The recipe will be appreciated by mothers whose children are still the kind of eaters: “they will take a bite and throw it away”; there won’t be even a crumb left from such a mini-bun.
Ингредиенты
Dough:
Milk - 100 ml
Sugar - 50 g
Salt - a pinch
Fresh yeast - 7 g
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Chicken egg - 0.5 pcs.
Wheat flour - about 180 g
For the buns:
Chicken egg - 0.5 pcs.
Sugar - 25 g
Рецепт
1. Add yeast and sugar to warm milk. Mix.
2. After 10 minutes, add half an egg and butter (1 tbsp).
3. Add some flour and salt.
4. Add flour until a soft dough comes out, at the end you can add another spoonful of butter, so the dough will roll perfectly into a homogeneous ball.
5. Cover the dough and put it in a warm place until it rises.
6. Divide the dough into small pieces (I divided by weight, 25-27 g per piece), roll into balls.
7. Dip each ball in an egg and then in sugar.
8. Immediately place on a baking sheet with paper or baking mat.
9. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown, it took me 10 minutes.
10. Delicious mini buns are ready.
11. Pour some cold milk and help yourself.
