Mackerel - 500 g

Potatoes - 400 g

Mushrooms - 150 g

Zucchini - 200 g

Sweet pepper - 1 pc.

Onions - 1 pc.

Garlic - 2-3 cloves

Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.

Smoked red paprika - 1 tsp.

Olive oil - 2-3 tbsp.

Salt, black pepper - to taste

1. Thaw the mackerel, clean it, remove the head and fins. Rinse it well and dry it. Make longitudinal cuts on the fish.

2. Sprinkle the fish with a small portion of spices, salt and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Rub the fish thoroughly with spices and set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.

3. While the fish is marinating, take care of the vegetables. Wash and dry the vegetables. Cut potatoes and zucchini into small pieces, cut large mushrooms into 2-4 parts, and cut bell peppers and onions into rings. Place all vegetables and mushrooms in a suitable bowl.

4. Add garlic cloves, spices and oil to the vegetables. Mix the vegetables thoroughly.

5. Place vegetables on a baking sheet and place fish on top. Bake mackerel in the oven with potatoes and vegetables in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
