New potato salad

A dressing of mustard, vegetable oil and wine vinegar makes this salad incredibly tasty.

Definitely, this salad will now be my favorite for the whole summer, when I don’t feel like hot food at all. Potatoes should be used in small sizes; they are not only tastier, but also much more presentable than large ones.

Ингредиенты

New potatoes - 1 kg

Vegetable oil - 75 ml

Wine vinegar - 2 tbsp.

French mustard - 1 tbsp.

Shallots - 2-3 pcs.

Sugar - 1 tbsp.

Dill - 15 g

Salt, pepper - to taste

Рецепт

1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water using a clean dishwashing sponge. There is no need to peel the potatoes. Place the potatoes in a saucepan, add cold water and put on fire. Cook until done.

2. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the dressing. Mix vegetable oil, wine vinegar, sugar and French mustard in a bowl. Beat until sugar dissolves.

3. Wash and dry the dill, chop finely. Chop the onion into cubes. You can use shallots or the white part of green onions. Add onion and dill to the dressing, season to taste with salt and pepper.

4. When the potatoes are ready, drain the water and cool. Cut each potato in half.

5. Pour the dressing on top of the potatoes.

6. Gently mix the salad with a spoon and put it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

7. Serve a delicious new potato salad to the table.
