Orange (medium) - 1 pc.

Seasoning for fish - 1 tsp.

Salt - 2 pinches

1. Purchase and defrost large mackerel. Cut off the head and remove the entrails. Rinse thoroughly inside and out. Cut into portions.

2. Peel the onions and rinse together with the orange. Cut the onion into rings, and the orange into half rings, and add to the fish.

3. Add seasoning, salt and pepper. Add sour cream of any fat content and mix thoroughly. Leave for 1 hour at room temperature or longer in the refrigerator. Fish marinated in sour cream can be stored in the cold for up to a day.

4. After this, heat the coals on the grill. It is advisable that the heat is not too intense. Or just install the grill a little higher. Thread mackerel slices, then onion rings and orange, alternating them on a skewer.

5. Fry the mackerel with oranges on the grill for 10-12 minutes, do not forget to turn the skewers with fish from time to time.
