This delicious, quick and satisfying breakfast can be prepared from bread, sausages and eggs. We get two dishes in one: fried sausages with eggs and croutons. Gather the ingredients to make the sausage and bread skewers. Only brick-shaped bread will do. It can be white, gray or black to suit your taste. And also fresh or stale.

Ингредиенты

Bread (brick) - 2 slices

Sausages - 6 pcs.

Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Sunflower oil - for frying

Salt - to taste

1. Cut a loaf of bread into slices, the thickness of which should approximately match the diameter of the sausage.

2. Cut a slice of bread into three equal parts. Place the sausages, alternating with pieces of bread.

3. Use wooden skewers to pierce the sausages and bread. First along the edges, and then in the middle.

4. Now cut the bread with sausages so that the skewers are in the middle.

5. Beat the eggs and add a little salt. Dip the sausage and bread skewers into the eggs on one side and the other.

6. Place in a hot frying pan with sunflower oil. If the skewers won't fit in the pan, trim them a little.

7. Fry the sausages and bread on skewers on both sides until golden brown.

8. The appetizer is ready. Serve hot.
