Ингредиенты

White toast bread - 6 slices

Avocado – 0.5 pcs.

Lemon juice - to taste (1/4 pcs.)

Lightly salted salmon – 100 g

Cream cheese – 100 g

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Greens -1 sprig (optional)

Рецепт

1. Cut off the crust from the pieces of bread, keeping only the crumb. Cut lightly salted red fish (in this case salmon) into small cubes.

2. Peel half a ripe avocado and cut into large pieces. Place the avocado slices in a bowl, drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

3. Mash the avocado pieces to a puree using a fork or other available utensil.

4. Place approximately half of the resulting mass on 1 slice of bread.

5. Spread the second slice of bread with cream cheese.

6. Spread the third piece of bread with cream cheese and place about half of the chopped fish.

7. Place the prepared layers of the sandwich on top of each other in the following sequence: a slice of bread with avocado, a slice of fish on top of it, and lastly a slice of bread spread with cream cheese (cheese side down).

8. Repeat the process with the remaining half of the ingredients, forming the second sandwich in the same way. Wrap the sandwiches in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

9. Then cut each sandwich into 2-4 pieces, garnish with herbs if desired and serve.
