Salmon in any form is tasty and healthy.

Marinade with lemon juice and dill gives fish and vegetables a special piquancy and aroma. What is especially valuable is that it takes minimal time to prepare - the fish is marinated for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Ингредиенты

Salmon fillet - 600 g

Zucchini - 1 pc.

Lemon zest - 0.5 tsp.

Lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp.

Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp.

Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.

Chopped dill - 2 tbsp.

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Salt and pepper - to taste

Рецепт

1. Cut the salmon fillet into pieces measuring 2x3 cm, cut the zucchini into small discs. Place fish and vegetables in a bowl for marinating, add chopped dill.

2. Mix lemon juice, vinegar, soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour the marinade over the fish and vegetables and stir. Marinate for 20-30 minutes, no longer.

3. Thread the pieces of fish onto wooden skewers (it’s better to use two at once, it’s easier to turn over), alternating with pieces of zucchini. Place the kebabs in a preheated room at 180°C (grill mode). Cook salmon skewers on skewers in the oven for 3-4 minutes, then turn over and cook for another 3 minutes.

4. Before serving, add additional lemon juice. Bon appetit!
