Zucchini and champignons on the grill

A kind of squash stew with mushrooms can also be prepared on the grill.
These two ingredients combine wonderfully. A marinade made from mayonnaise and soy sauce with the addition of garlic can be done without any problems. If you don't like mayonnaise, you can replace it with sour cream. It is not necessary to peel a young zucchini, but if you are preparing a mature vegetable, it is better to peel and cut into smaller pieces.
Ингредиенты
Zucchini - 200 g
Champignons - 10 pcs.
Marinade:
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Pepper mixture - 0.5 tsp.
Рецепт
1. Cut the champignons into 4 parts. If small, then two.
2. Cut the zucchini into large cubes (approximate size - like mushrooms).
3. Sprinkle with grated garlic. Add mayonnaise, soy sauce and pepper mixture.
4. Stir.
5. Transfer the entire mass onto thick foil (or double thin foil), in one layer.
6. Cover with foil and carefully seal the edges.
7. Light the coals in the grill.
8. Place the “package” on a closed grill and place it on the grill. Cook zucchini and mushrooms on the grill, turning the grill, for 17-20 minutes.
9. Sprinkle the zucchini and mushrooms with fresh herbs. The foil retains a lot of juice, which is delicious to dip bread into.
