Morse is a very healthy and tasty drink.
Its taste is rich and, depending on the type of apple, it can be sweet or sweet and sour. You can use absolutely any apples, and the taste can be adjusted with honey if desired.

Apples - 500 g (4 pcs.)
Water - 1-1.5 l

1. Cut the apples in half and remove the seeds and membranes (we won't need them). Peel the apples and place the peels in the pan where you will cook the fruit drink.
2. Grate the peeled apples using a borage grater.
3. You need to squeeze the juice out of the grated apples. You can do this by hand without any tools. Or you can use gauze (it will be faster and easier). Set the squeezed juice aside for now, and put the pulp (which remains after squeezing the juice) into the pan with the apple peels.
4. Pour water into the pan and put on fire. Cook after boiling for 3 minutes
5. Remove the pan from the stove. Cool the apple broth to room temperature.
6. Strain the cooled broth through a sieve or cheesecloth.
7. Pour apple juice into the broth and stir. Taste the apple juice and add honey if desired.
8. Apple juice is ready! It is better to drink it cold or warm. The main thing is not to boil the finished fruit drink, otherwise you will not get the maximum benefit from the drink.
