During the season of collecting colorful butternuts, they must be prepared for the winter, for example, pickled.
The preparation recipe is very simple, the main thing is to boil the mushrooms in several waters so that they give up the turbidity and dirt to the first drain. Prepare the necessary ingredients for preparing pickled butter without sterilization for the winter.

Butter - 0.7 kg
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Water - 600 ml
Salt - 0.5 tbsp.
Vinegar 9% - 2 tbsp.
Allspice peas - 7-10 pcs.
Bay leaf - 4-5 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

1. Peel large boletus from the brown shell on the cap - it is bitter. Clean the bottom spongy layer under the cap - this is where all the dirt and dust accumulates. Small mushrooms can simply be washed along with large and medium ones, scraping their stems. Place the butter in a cauldron or saucepan. The only downside to cooking mushrooms is that the whole mass is boiled down 2-3 times!
2. Pour hot water and boil for 5-7 minutes from the moment of boiling. Drain this liquid and rinse the mushrooms in water, as well as the container itself, which will have dirty foam on the walls.
3. Place the butter in the cauldron again, add hot water and add bay leaves and peppercorns.
4. Add salt and place the container on the stove. Boil for about 13-15 minutes over moderate heat.
5. Peel the garlic cloves, rinse and cut them into slices, add to the container. Do not replace fresh garlic with dried or ground garlic! And be sure to remember that the chopped garlic should be boiled for about 1-2 minutes, otherwise the preparation may ferment during storage!
6. Pour in vinegar - it will make the mushroom broth transparent. Boil for 1 minute on moderate heat and turn off.
7. Scald the jar and lid with boiling water or sterilize it in a way convenient for you. Place the boiled boletus in a jar and fill with brine, removing the bay leaves. A little marinade will remain in the cauldron - this is normal.
8. Pour 1 tbsp into the jar. vegetable oil and immediately seal with a hot screw cap or using a preservation key. Let the workpiece cool, and then transfer it to a storage location. Marinated boletus without sterilization is ready for the winter.
