Today I propose to prepare one of the simplest and most delicious versions of this drink, from three basic ingredients - a strawberry-banana smoothie with almond milk. Shall we begin?!

Ингредиенты

Almond milk – 150-250 ml (to taste)

Strawberries – 300-400 g

Banana – 400 g

Dates – 8-10 pcs. (optional)

Рецепт

1. Peel and cut the bananas into large pieces. Wash and dry the dates and strawberries. Remove date pits and stems from strawberries.

2. Place strawberries and banana slices in a blender bowl. Beat everything for 1 minute until smooth.

3. Pour in 150-250 ml of almond milk. The thickness of the drink can be adjusted by the amount of milk added.

4. If desired (for a sweeter drink), add 8-10 dates to the blender bowl and beat for another 1 minute.

5. Pour the drink into glasses. If desired, garnish with strawberries and mint leaves and serve.

6. Smoothie with almond milk is ready.
