Salad with canned white beans and seafood

This is one of my favorite salads.
If I have a seafood cocktail in stock, I prepare this salad instead of dinner. The eldest son started eating it after he learned that the salad contains a lot of protein. As a result, I tried it and now requires it almost every day.
The salad contains white beans. If you can't find them canned, just cook regular white beans. It will turn out tastier if immediately after the water with the beans has boiled, drain it, and then add cold water to the pan again and continue cooking until tender.
My grandmother always added a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and added salt only after the beans were ready.
Let's start preparing a salad with canned white beans. The only thing you have to work with is opening the canned food :) So, pour the beans into the dish where you will prepare the salad. The salad liquid is not needed, it needs to be drained.

White beans (in a can) - 4 tbsp.
Green peas (in a jar) - 4 tbsp.
Seafood cocktail (in oil) - 150 grams
Marinated mushrooms - 2 tbsp.
Mayonnaise - to taste
Green onions - to taste

1. Open a jar of green peas, drain the liquid, and add the peas to the beans.
2. Open the canned pickled mushrooms. If the mushrooms are large, they need to be cut into smaller pieces.
3. Add seafood cocktail. It usually includes shrimp, chopped squid and octopus, as well as mussels. Everything is marinated and in oil. The main thing is not to eat half of it before you add the cocktail to the salad.
4. You don’t have to add mayonnaise, but season the salad with oil from the cocktail, but I added it, it’s milder in taste. Stir the salad and you can try it. Please note that there is no salt in the recipe! All ingredients are already salted, so there is no need to add salt.
5. Green onions here serve not only as decoration, but also as a flavoring agent. It will add freshness to such a protein bouquet. The salad turns out very tasty and satisfying. Be sure to try it!
